Your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your Innovation Club membership. Rest assured, the cancellation process is quick and hassle-free.
How to Cancel Your Membership:
- The subscriber should log into their account on your website.
- Navigate to the Settings or Billing section.
- Look for the Manage Subscription option.
- Follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
- Cancellation Confirmation:
After cancellation, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Mid-Month Cancellation:
No refunds will be issued for unused days or months. Your membership will remain active until the current billing cycle ends. - Early Cancellation:
You can cancel anytime, but there will be no refunds for payments already made.
Change Your Plan
Flexibility to suit your needs. You can change your plan at any time directly through your Dashboard. We offer the option to upgrade to a higher-tier plan or downgrade to a more economical one.
How Plan Changes Work:
- Log in:
The user logs into their Kajabi account on your website. - Access Billing Settings:
Navigate to their profile or account settings and find the Subscription/Plan Details section. - Change Plan:
Select an option to upgrade, downgrade, or switch to a different plan - Payment Adjustment:
Depending on Kajabi's setup, the user may be charged immediately for the upgrade or receive a credit for downgrades.
