Terms and Conditions - Innovation Club Membership

Introduction

Welcome to the Innovation Club Membership. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using the subscription services offered by Innovation Cleaning Services LLC. By subscribing to the Innovation Club, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Membership and Plans

Innovation Club membership services are offered at three levels: Bronze, Gold, and Platinum. Each plan provides different benefits and discounts, as described in the membership agreement. The chosen plan determines the monthly subscription fee and the services available to the subscriber.

Updated Plan Prices:

  • Bronze: $59/month.
  • Gold: $129/month
  • Platinum: $199/month

Price Freeze Guarantee:

All subscribers are guaranteed six months of frozen pricing from the date of subscription. For example, if the subscriber chooses the Platinum plan at $199/month, this rate will be maintained for six months, even if the plan price increases in the future.

Payments and Automatic Renewal

  • The subscription will be charged monthly according to the selected plan.
  • Payments will be automatically processed via credit or debit card unless otherwise agreed.
  • In case of payment failure, the subscriber will have up to seven days to resolve the issue. After this period, the account may be suspended until payment is made.
  • The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each monthly cycle unless the subscriber requests cancellation with a minimum of 15 days’ notice.

Cancellation and Termination

  • The subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time. For Bronze and Gold plans, if cancellation occurs within the first month, the full value of the first cleaning service will be charged. For the Platinum plan, cancellation is free at any time.

SunRun Offer:

Subscribers who apply and are approved by SunRun for solar panel installation will receive three months of free membership for the selected plan. After the free period, the subscription will automatically renew, and the plan fee will be charged monthly. The subscriber may cancel the subscription after the free period by following the standard cancellation policies.

Partnerships with Car Wash Mobile and Pet Grooming:

Car Wash Mobile and Pet Grooming partners add value to the membership by offering exclusive discounts to Innovation Club members:

  • Members may schedule these services directly with partners and receive discounts based on their plan (Bronze, Gold, or Platinum).
  • Innovation Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for services provided by these partners; responsibility lies solely with the partners.
  • Cancellation requests for the membership must be made through the support email provided by Innovation Cleaning Services LLC.

Service Usage

  • All plans include the first cleaning as a Regular Clean.
  • The subscriber must provide adequate access to the property for service delivery and comply with scheduling and cancellation conditions.
  • Subscribers are responsible for scheduling the services included in their plan and must notify of any changes with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Quality and Satisfaction Guarantee

Innovation Cleaning Services LLC is committed to providing cleaning services that meet the highest quality standards. If the subscriber is not satisfied with the service provided, they may request a free re-service within 24 hours after completion.

Limitation of Liability

  • Cleaning services are provided exclusively by Innovation Cleaning Services LLC and its franchises, with all responsibility for cleaning services assigned to the Innovation Cleaning Services group.
  • This responsibility includes protection and quality assurance for cleaning services only and does not cover third-party services such as Car Wash Mobile or Pet Grooming.
  • All partners (SunRun, Car Wash Mobile, Pet Grooming) are responsible for any damages or issues occurring during their service delivery. Innovation Cleaning Services LLC requires all partners to have mandatory insurance for service provision.
  • Innovation Cleaning Services LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that generated the complaint.

Partnerships and Additional Benefits

  • Membership in the Innovation Club includes access to partner programs such as:
  • SunRun: Solar panel installation with three months of free membership for approved customers.
  • Car Wash Mobile: On-location car washing services with exclusive discounts for members.
  • Pet Grooming: Pet grooming services with special discounts for members.
  • Innovation Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to modify or update benefits offered by partners at any time, with a 30-day prior notice.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Innovation Cleaning Services LLC may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to the subscriber at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the services after the changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the same jurisdiction.
